This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with full kitchen, living room, outside patio and grill is located on the ground level in above photo. Your hosts, Bob and Leah Handley, reside in the upper levels. Your vacation rental unit is handicapped accessible and offers both comfort and ease. The lush lawn provides a perfect space for your vacation games and the children's sand box has the best view in Homer!
RATES:
- $350.00 nightly + tax for parties up to 6 persons.
- Each additional person $25.00
- Children 4 and under FREE (if no extra bed set up required)
- Unit sleeps 7 but can easily accommodate larger groups.
- 3 night minimum stay/ Shorter Stay Fee of $100 +tax for shorter stay
- 7th consecutive night FREE
- Reduced Winter Rates
- 1st night's tariff or Credit Card required as deposit to secure reservation. Reservations canceled 30 days prior to stay required for full refund.
